The restaurant at this place was a relaxing spot at the lobby with excellent dishes.

The double room at Hotel Jansen Amsterdam Bajeskwartier was just what I needed as a backpacker. The room had a private entrance, which made it feel like my own little cozy haven. It was also great to have a tea and coffee maker, perfect for those lazy mornings. The seating area was an added bonus, providing a comfy spot to relax after a long day of exploring Amsterdam. And let's not forget the air-conditioning! It was a lifesaver during the hot summer days.
The only thing I found less appealing was the coffee machine in the room. Personally, I'm more of a tea person, so I didn't get much use out of it.

As a family of travelers, we loved the great facilities and cozy rooms at this hotel. The staff was amazing and the rooms had thoughtful details, such as fresh flowers and a mini kitchen. The view from the window and the king-size bed were delightful. The interior design was chic and the shower was a special treat. We were impressed and will definitely come back!
Felt so relaxed, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to public transport with which you can reach the center within a maximum of 15 minutes. The rooms are beautifully designed with a Scandinavian touch and offer plenty of wardrobe space. The staff is exceptionally kind and welcoming, providing great service. Additionally, the hotel offers a bar/restaurant with a relaxed vibe, where guests can enjoy delicious meals and drinks. The overall service is excellent.
There is currently some construction around the hotel, which may not provide the nicest view for guests.

The staff here were really friendly and welcoming, and the room had everything you need, including a TV 📺. Plus, the airport isn't too far away, just about 20 km.

Spacious Room: The room had its own private entrance, making me feel like a VIP entering my own little kingdom. With amenities like a tea and coffee maker, I could fuel up for the day and relax in the cozy seating area. It was like having my own personal oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam.
No Hairdryer: The only downside was the lack of a hairdryer in the room. Just a minor inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have one available.

The rooms were all big size and immaculate with a very comfortable bed, TV and good wiew. Our breakfasts were very very good for an additional cost-necessary. The location was amazing and great in a cab which is handy, nearby a tube station. We liked the brunch in the Thuis Aan de Amstel, located nearby.
